COLOGNE, Germany, 07.04.2009 – German startup company BLUE LION mobile - makers of the popular mobile community, QEEP - has been named as one of the best technology startups in Europe.

BLUE LION mobile is one of this year’s selected winners of the prestigious “Red Herring 100 Europe Award”. Hundreds of businesses which specialize in IT, cleantech, communications, internet and media went after the internationally sought after award for innovative technology startups. The huge growth rate along with the international success and innovative business model of qeep convinced the jury of worldwide investment experts just last week in Berlin. Of all of the Technology companies to apply, BLUE LION mobile is one of the only German winners and the only mobile community platform to be named a winner.
